TRISCO, Multiplying the Figures

Since the acquisition of Travellers Insurance & Surety Corporation (TRISCO) by the new management in October 2003, major overhaul was set in motion in order to exceed previous numbers -- taking into consideration, among others, greater focus on customers, performance management, innovation and employee motivation, operation systems enhancement, adoption of new marketing and promotional tools.

The challenge facing the new management is to make the Company more profitable. Bent on meeting the challenge head-on, TRISCO waged an aggressive expansion program dramatically increasing if not multiplying figures of all sorts.
