A new and dynamic company built under an established name, reputation and solidity, TRISCO is a non-life insurance corporation duly organized under regulation by the Department of Finance - Insurance Commission.
Specially engaged in the business of fire, marine, bonds casualty insurance, contractor's all risk, fidelity guarantee, commercial blanket bonds and floater policies, among others, TRISCO has been a stronghold and dominant player in the insurance industry over the years by its roster of clientele and reinsurers both here and abroad.
It is currently allied with the respected banks and financial institution such as the United Coconut Planters Bank, Security Bank, Bank of Commerce, Export and Industries Bank, China Bank, Bank of Philippine Island, Robinson's Bank, AMA Bank and Toyota Financing, GSIS, PNOC, PAGCOR and Pag-ibig.
When esteemed names from the insurance industry joined TRISCO, paid-up capital rose to P50 Million from P500,000 in 1964. Soon after, a company-wide computerization program was implemented to ensure a smooth flow of operations for its internal and external clients.
The systems run on the de facto operation system Unix and Informix for its developmental tool. Today, the different departments within the company are connected to the main system to maintain accurate information for the management and all its clients.
Travellers Insurance & Surety Corporation increased its authorized capital from P50 Million to P300 Million.
It infused additional paid up capital of P45.625 Million making its Total Paid - up capital to date to P 95.625 Million. The SEC approved the increase on March 13, 2006.
At present, TRISCO's total asset is P233 Million with an equity base of P130 Million, which makes it a highly competitive and trusted partner. These figures represent its strength in all aspects of management and client service.
